Australia’s largest fitness-based mental health event is back and we’re calling on individuals and teams to step up and push for change. This June, thousands of Australians—of all ages and abilities—will come together to complete 3,307 push-ups over 23 days starting 3rd June 2026, raising awareness for mental health and remembering the lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024.

Each day, you'll learn about mental health as the push-up target relates to a vital mental health statistic in Australia.
For example, three 45-minute exercise sessions per week (135 minutes total) are enough to provide anti-depressant benefits to mental health.

Take part solo or with a group. Having a bunch of friends involved helps with the motivation and banter. You can sign up as a team or get your entire workplace, gym, sports club, school involved by creating a Community.
